Take a breath before you respond
Hey, guys. I know that there's a lot of topics here that bring up certain types of emotions or when you hear an opinion and you disagree, you want to get your thoughts on a swell right away. But I would hope that some of you are actually all of you would take a deep breath before you respond because I've heard some responses that are negative in nature, meaning they're condescending, insulting some, and even just making it sound like as if the person is stupid

And the only positive for me is, am I living in my truth? That's the most important thing. Whether it's respectful or not is not of my concern. What matters most is if I'm in my truth. And if I can't be allowed to be in my truth, then there's no point in me. Even it's tempting to speak. But anytime you comfort that unbridled truth on my swells, you're always welcome to join the conversation. Have a great day

I think our interaction on that last post about acting was proof that we can both speak our truths while being respectful to each other and moving the needle. And that, to me, is something better than just being individualistic
