Lot of people they say oh, how we can stop the thinking process. This is not in our hand, this is involuntary. So that creates a lot of difference in the way you look at things, the way you take up the things and all so it really matters. So the moment you accept the thing and do it, it will actually show you how different you are, how efficient you are, how productive you can actually and all. So any situation, the moment you accept it, you can turn it into your favor, but the moment you start fight with it, you will be leading a life of misery
