In which way a negative or in weakness. True awareness about ourselves, exploration of ourself, existence. The question is who we are. So these can be arise in both the state. But all is about the negative approach and the positive. So loneliness is a negative state marked by a sense of isolation. I've said and on feel that something is running and it is possible to be people and still feel lonely. Perhaps the most bitter for of loneliness solitude it is something that we cultivate from ourselves

And we are dependent upon the outside world so much that we have to seek assistance from the outside just to grow ourselves from within somewhere. So that's not really a very good experience. That's a very bitter and a negative kind of experience that we all go through at times. And loneliness is something that really kills our feeling of worthiness somewhere and a lot. Many studies have also shown that this intense feeling of loneliness can cut short your life by 14 years

See, loneliness will drag you into depressive state always somewhere and solitude makes your life a productive so it is who you are who has to take a control of it, isn't it? So one major thing is rather than thinking, just pick up your pen, take a notebook or a diary, start writing, writing down your thoughts. Just write it down your thoughts, whatever kind of thoughts just write it down on a paper rather than just thinking. And you will see the change
