Gender Parity a thing in 2023?

article image placeholderUploaded by @Rosh_Says
Hi, soul family. This is Rosh, and welcome to my channel. Rosh says today's, Wednesday 28th, this very topic about gender and the quality we talk about all around the globe, people have been wondering and discussing and coming on to the grounds, rallies, marching on the roads about equality and everything. So do you think that still, although strides have been made towards greater gender equality, achieving true neutrality requires sustained commitment to dismantling this kind of systematic barrier

But now we're in a stage where there is still a long way to go before all genders are made to feel inclusive and have equal rights and equal freedom. So as a society, as collective humanity, I don't think we're there yet. Perhaps there's a long way to go. That being said, one of the biggest challenges for the last three decades or so was the big pay gap in work environments that we were fighting for

It will take time. It is going to take time. And because of the social pseudo thinking, which is still there still, that we associate power with man, with strongness with man, that is where there's just one thought of it, there are difference. Holistically, as you quoted, holistically speaking. So when you go into the holistic approach, you have multiple verticals. So even if you checkpoint on two or three points, there will be like tens of verticals which are still vacant

So till the time that doesn't change, the society is not going to change. I mean, simple things like if you tell the man in the house to bring you some water, you think he's going to do it? I mean, maybe, yes, if his parents are not around. But I guarantee you, if his parents are around, the guy is married and he's bringing water for his wife. Oh, my gosh. Later on

Is gender parity a thing in 2023? Gender parity is always a thing, I suppose. But I, interestingly, spoke to so many women leaders as part of my thought leadership series, and they had some very interesting insights to share. And I remember one lead, a specifically spoke about the need to broaden your horizon. So if you're talking about parity, then you should also be able to increase your ability, right, to accept more responsibilities
