So technology often distracts us from the present moment, preventing us from fully engaging with our surroundings and people in our lives. By intentionally disconnecting, we can foster deeper connections, engage in meaningful conversations and appreciate the beauty of the world without the constant destruction of something. I was going through this Japanese book, wonderful book, written by the author Aaron Nami Longus. You can also go and search about the same there. I read about the nature bath and the jungle bath and it was beautiful

So it's really important that we take a break from it, because every kind of technology has got its own pros and cons, and we should only be looking at the positive side of it. But at the same time, we should be alert. How much bad it's doing to us? What are the negative? Impatient care get us addicted to all this anymore

If you talk about the health of the age, between twenty s and thirty s, maybe 40s, this is also getting effect like anything. This is not a challenge of just one age group. This is going on a different level altogether. And everything is so now approachable. You just need money to buy internet. And in India, internet is very cheap. In London you have one GB of internet is like almost 400 to Rs450
