Self awareness is utmost important!!

To start with, I would like to just say a few things which I follow on a day to day basis. The main thing is before going to sleep before going to sleep it's very important that we take a pause and we write a diary or we just sit and meditate how the day was, what are things we learned across the day? What are the things we could have done better? And also at the same point we can plan few things for the coming day, for tomorrow
