Because of the globalization and obviously the media effect and everything. So today there are many variation of lasagna. Some people make it with spinach ricotta, while others make it with chicken or vegetarian style. In India, vegetarian style is being cooked on a daily basis. But yes, many good restaurant. Mumbai, Delhi or even in UPI, I would say in Bangalore, I've tasted mouth watering lasagna these guys make. And no matter how you make it, lasagna is always a delicious treat

I love the corner pieces. Like, I'll literally fight somebody over it. Not literally, but yeah, those are my favorites. So, yeah, I just wanted to share that I do love lasagna. My favorite is homemade lasagna. I love to make it. I love to make the sauce
