I have had a fascination with food that parallels others the way that they're into sports, the way that they're into automobiles, et cetera. I am a progeny of a small restaurant tour dynasty that once existed in Mexico. My grandmother at one time had a cafe. My uncle Bethel had a seafood Mexican restaurant, and my dad and uncle Jesus had a Mexican food restaurant over in Tampico. Tamos, near the Gulf of Mexico, in the country of Mexico
