Hello everyone. I hope everyone are doing really good. Brain and Goals setting a goal releases dopamine and inspires you to take action. Dopamine is a happy hormone. Dopamine is high when we set a goal and when it starts working. Working results in feeling wellbeing. The greater the reward, the bigger the dopamine. Spike. The high level of excitement means high level of release of dopamine in our body system by our brain. Yes. Dopamine is a happy hormone

Hey, Chandana. It's absolutely true. The dopamine is our happy hormone. I guess all of us who have taken up science and plus two are aware of this fact. And well, yes, definitely, setting goals and fulfilling them is one of the easiest ways or secret dopamine, one of the most proven ways to increase your dopamine. And of course, there's always this feel good factor to achieving your goals, right?
