Hey, welcome to swell. I'm so interested in hearing more of your Swells because I think it's a super important conversation to have and be open about. And I think also cross generationally, I think it's really good for people across generations to talk together about what it is to age and to get older and kind of dismantle this fear that there seems to be around it because of whatever mainstream media and all that.
