Pregnancy and Body Image

And especially now postpartum too, my body isn't the same as it was before, obviously, but I'm working on adapting to that and accepting that my body grow a baby. And so my body is beautiful and strong and capable. So those are the kind of things that I focus on to help me being comfortable with my body and how it's changed in pregnancy. Hopefully you're able to accept your body changes as well and have confidence and just know that your body is beautiful and strong

And so I've been seeing victories that were like, okay, this pair of pants that I haven't been into fits things like that that have nothing to do with the scale. And so I'm proud of how far I've come with this stuff, and I'm just really working on my body. Yes, but also a healthy relationship with food and a healthy relationship with myself, because it's not good. It's not healthy to look in the mirror and hate yourself. It's not
