If you can't cheat your way through fitness, you just can't do it. And that's why the people who have a really toned or muscular physique or who are quote unquote, in shape, you can't really fake that. You know what I mean? I think a lot is to do with less outward appearing, honestly, but it's those first couple of moments of the day. So thanks for making this post
