It's because I've seen a lot of sick people. And I noticed that there's a trend amongst certain demographics of people, and it's simply because they might not be aware of what's causing them to be sick, what's causing them to have high blood pressure, what's causing them to have diabetes, what's causing them to have kidney disease. I call that the triad. That's what I see in any inner city with a population of underserved communities. They have that triad
