It's probably more like how he says it, but without spoiling the book. Essentially, you're learning how to be in love with solitude, and not from the premise of being solo or alone or not in a relationship. It's also from the premise of being in a relationship, having a family, being in the world right, with others

Or I see some of my friends hanging out with other friends of theirs online, and I didn't get an invitation. Things like that make me feel lonely. But just being by myself in general doesn't make me feel lonely. Thank you so much for this

And I remember I said one time, too, either to my girlfriends or I said it to a Facebook group or something, I was like, you all could have the six figure, man. You all want the guy that's 6ft tall, six figures with the six pack and all of that. I just want a guy that wants to eat most of his meals with me. Simple as that. I want to sit across the table and know there's another soul that's waiting for me
