It's a good thing, but sometimes reddit is not only the thing we can talk in, we need some human interaction, share our thoughts, listen to someone's thoughts while talking which is not possible sometimes. If you have a friend like that, you are very lucky. Be sure to not break the friendship. Listen to everything you say, comforts you, be sure to give them time. Be sure to talk calmly and patiently. Be sure to understand them
