Reading books
So after a few years I'm here right now writing poems or talking about stuff. So the thing is that on our life, reading books helps us when we are going through mental health issues it helps us a lot because the books of mental health talks about many ways of cure or many ways and views. So because of that we can improve ourselves in our life which can lead to us into grow more and have more self esteem
