It bothers me to the core because it's like, is this just what it's going to be? Right? Or can it improve? I just want to hear stories from people who went from not being good at emotions and dealing with people to becoming a person that can maintain good relationships with people. Not just romantically, but on every level

Those who is meant to have access are the ones who get to know us intimately, personally, friendship, or in a relationship, whatever it is, they get to know us, they get to experience our mental state, our emotions. And if they are our people, then they're going to understand it. So that's what makes it normal. So you are normal. You're just being challenged right now and you're not powerless. You have power. But you just have to face what you've been through and what you value and what you hold true. Your truth, not what everybody told you or taught you by experience. Who are you underneath all that? And shadow work can help reveal that. Any self help work journaling. I don't know. You know I'm with you and that I want the best for you. And I just hope that you continue to put you first as a therapy that is self love and self care

Because I feel like a lot of this is coming from societal pressures, what I think my life should look like right now, why I'm having a hard time valuing myself and just sticking with the value. So my issue never be like, me feeling good about myself. It's like maintaining that feeling, maintaining that thought process

It and Renee. That's why I'm so super excited to continue because I only had one session so far, and she's been like, just that one session? It felt way different than when I had a session with a male one in the past. So I'm super excited to see where it goes
