That little hunk of time used to be a lot for me because I always wanted family to be involved and have things at my home and have someone to share it with. So it will be difficult. So definitely go out, treat yourself. Number three, I would say is to show love to maybe the elderly or the homeless or other people who have so much going on that this holiday is just another day for them

Happy Valentine's Day. One of the points that you made that I really, really loved and hit different was for some people, this is literally just another day because their lives are busy or difficult or whatever it is. And being able to go and give back, like, that could be an epic thing to do. Yeah, I went and I taught a Tayoga massage for Partners tonight, and it was pretty f****** amazing
