And there's all kinds of things we can talk about, about going through these things early and doing your due diligence and all those things, but sometimes people don't do that. They get caught up in the excitement and they say, yeah, I'll fund that, or yes, I'll help you on that project. And then they go home and they think about it and they have basically remorse
