Taking care of yourself can help reduce stress and improve your mental health. Try to get as much sleep as you can. I know it's not always possible. Try and eat a healthy diet if you're able to, and do things that you enjoy as well

Yeah, these are all really, really good. There's some that I feel like I feel very presently, and others that even though they feel obvious, I kind of need constant reminding. So yeah. I really appreciate you making this swell and sharing it. Thank you so much
