Anyway, a year or so later I was maybe making ten and change or something per hour. So I was working at a gas station, I'm doing my thing and incomes this couple who was traveling on the road and they came up to the counter and they looked pretty worried and I knew something wasn't right. They weren't buying anything. They just came up to counter and asked me straight up they said we're desperate, we're trying to get home

Hey, Eric, this is a wonderful, wonderful post. And seeing this post reminded me of a time that I paid it forward. I went to the pharmacy to pick up some prescriptions, and there was a man in a wheelchair who looked very ill. And his caretaker, I want to say maybe his sister

So when I see people who are elderly and they're having a hard time, or maybe they're just trying to get through a door and they're having a hard time doing it, be at a grocery store or whatever it is, hey, lend him a hand, man.
