You better know what you're talking about, because if you're wrong or if you're not confident in what you're doing, it's going to come across and then the pilots are going to start questioning, wow, this must be a brand new controller. They don't really comfortable doing what they're doing

How many of you would be ok with the idea of the FAA hiring people and having them bypass the FAA Academy altogether and going straight to OJT, be to talk on a radio to pilots to be air traffic controllers? Let me know. Bye
