Because I think only got five minutes and for people who know me, five minutes is no time at all. I will talk through five minutes really easily. So as far as my profession, my sport was actually CrossFit. Why I chose it, I really didn't. It kind of chose me. I had actually started CrossFit after I completed something for a charity that I'd actually founded about 2009 and is when I founded the charity

Or if you want someone like, hey, I want to get extremely lean, help me come up with a routine along with a diet. And that's where my diets come in. I teach people how to figure out their macros, and then I'll even build them meal plans or just their daily macro nutrition that they need. And I teach them kind of like, why it is that their body would respond differently

So, question number one for you, have you used something called neuro linguistics programming or NLP in your life coaching of others?
