I think people are suffering from in this country, this new disease called Entitlement by force. Their entitlement supersedes any common sense, any law, any safety, and we're seeing that play out. Air travel on the road rage. It's becoming a national crisis. And people will continue to behave that way as long as there is no severe consequences of them behaving that way.
