No person may carry any person other than crew members in an aircraft that has been maintained, rebuilt or altered in any manner that may have appreciably changed its flight characteristics or substantially affected its operation and flight. Until an appropriately rated pilot with at least a private pilot certificate flies the aircraft, makes an operational check of the maintenance performed or alteration made, and logs the flight and aircraft records

During my tenure in the air force. These types of things would never happen because money was not more important than national defense and people's lives. I can only hope that all parties responsible for gross negligence will take it upon themselves to right a very bad wrong. As always, thanks for listening

But those are the two basic reasons why take up a landing are so dangerous in aviation. Now, in spite of that, flying is far more safe than driving your car. And one of the biggest reasons why is because when we drive our cars down the highway, we don't require aircraft controllers to tell us when to speed up, slow down, or when to turn. We don't have controllers. Aircraft do have controllers. There's people watching the space between you and the other planes
