There's very few things you can get at Starbucks that's under the lethal dose of serving of sugar. And I think the legal or the lethal dose of sugar, as quoted by some nutritionist, is like 30, 35 grams of sugar, which above that begins to kind of short circuit your body, your brain and cause things to get a little confused to the mechanisms of life or daily life function. I simply love the medicine ball. I never thought that it was actually medicine in it, though. I was of the opinion that it was just a good, healthy tea with all the right types, healthy things that you put in it. Like, basically what you stated, fruit juice or citrus, meaning, like, lemonade, orange, and possibly lime and honey, of course, is a mainstay of any type of healthy drink, possibly cinnamon
