I haven't always been greeted with a lot of joy around me as a system disruptor, because you all should know that as a system disruptor, you are potentially challenging the boss. Sometimes we don't have leaders that are leaders. We have leaders that are bosses. So when leaders are bosses, think about that word, bossy, right? It boils down to the theory of control. So how do you manage this?
