When you're at the top, you have to take decisions right or wrong and a person, a leader who doesn't use indiscert will not gain the trust of the people and most of the time decisions are taken from an emotional perspective considering the stakeholders just to please someone. When you're at the top, leaders cannot sell ice creams at all, right? They have to be decisive and in the process there are some stakeholders who are favored and others are not favored

The other part I always observe is simplicity of information or come to reserve paraphrasing, of course, where the solution to most complex problems is often the simplest one. And people tend to overengineer things, even the simple things they will overthink, over engineer. And something that could have been solved in two days probably takes 20 days to resolve. And so simplistic approaches sometimes are highly underrated in organizations and therefore it impacts the velocity of progress. And so, like I said, there are just three or five

So how do leaders generally navigate this space or this landscape when the organization sort of grows? In that case, wouldn't it be about culture building right from day one? And if it is about culture building, will certain processes help in making sure that people feel heard or that there is communication across the board, you know, across all levels? Would love to hear your thoughts

On the other hand, if you're headed in the wrong direction, there's nobody to question and course correct. So all of these impact the culture of a team and the reason why they succeed or fail. And it is independent of the size of the company. In some sense, if you make mistakes, even in a ten member company, it's going to fail. If you make the same mistakes in a 10,000 member company, you're also going to fail

That kind of tells you how the company is being run. Hope. I know it's a bit long winded, so apologies for this long monologue, but I hope there's a lot to unpack. If there's anything that's missed out, let me know. Happy to answer if I can. Cheers

Thank you so much. Aayan. There is a lot to unpack, and I think every bit of it is so insightful. And, you know, this is very important because I was also mulling over this. I have been mulling over this for a while. And what is it, you know, that takes that winning streak right to emerge not just from the leaders, but also from team members? You know, what is the kind of culture that makes this happen so in that direction?

Hi Trijah. See your question of the conflicts. Yes. As the organization grows, the quantum of conflicts increases. It's like this, okay? When our own on if you look at our own minds, we have different choices for different issues and we are also cluttered. So imagine number of people increases, number of clutter, number of opinions different of opinions, different of viewpoints, everything comes in place. So basically it depends on the person at the top, right?
