One Good Thing Every Day: Day 7
So whether you're feeling physical pain from sickness, or whether you're feeling mental pain or emotional pain, one good thing that you can do for yourself every day, just like I did on Sunday, is taking the time and space to feel, and that will allow yourself the time and space that you need to heal. Hopefully, this is encouraging
