Believe it or not, it does release some of the happy hormones, serotonin, which is just going to help you boost your mood and feel a little bit better and lift you up in days when you might be having a lot going on or be really stressed out. So if anybody ever wonders, why does making my bed make me feel like I've got it together? Is this just a joke or is it an actual thing?

It ends up taking not a lot of time, and it's a nice, pleasurable thing to do for yourself. Yeah. And like you said, when you have a long day, it's an easy thing to go to. And I love this series. I haven't caught day one. I didn't see it. But I'm going to go back and listen to it because I love this. This is important

You. Hey, thank you so much for the reply. I absolutely love the analogy that you used of how the kind things we do for ourselves on the outside can translate over so easily to the inside. I think it's so important to remember that. And you're right that sometimes it does feel like we're climbing a mountain to even find the time to do something kind for ourselves
