I started watching it maybe a day or two after it released. And even though, like you said, that it is slow paced, intense, but gripping as well, the first episode, I think, even though I knew what it is going to be about, more or less, I knew how it's going to go. But still, I think the first episode towards the end of it, I think I did feel very jarring
A special shout out to Darren Christ, the one who played the main lead in this particular season, played the character called, I think, Andrew Kunanananan. You keep hearing this particular name many times in that particular season. So, yeah, that guy happens to win an award for his performance, which I think he's superbly deserving for that.
