For me, today's topic is how to motivate yourself to get out of bed when your mental illness this is keeping you from doing. But, yeah, I related a lot to all of that, and I have a morning routine of sorts, but I would have to be honest in saying I'm not super consistent with it. And when I do do it, I feel amazing. And I just have a different experience in my day, and when I don't, it's fine. I'm still operating, but it's just it's just different
