#TellYourStory | A health hack that worked for me...

Nuts are a great snack and I do limit dairy a little bit as far as cheese and sour cream and stuff goes because that's not the best fat to have, but I will have some of it, especially if it's a taco salad or fajitas or something. I'm not going to have fajitas without a little bit of cheese on them, so it works really well for me and I don't feel deprived eating this way at all. And yeah, that's my favorite health hack

Hey, Elizabeth, thanks for sharing this. Way to answer the prompt. So, well, it's fun to kind of play around the health tips and the diets and what works and learning to listen to our bodies, right? I think that's pretty foundational, fundamental that a lot of people just don't, oftentimes do. I think a lot of people stick to whatever diet their friend is doing or that they hear about on the morning talk show or whatever

I would get off work, I would go run, then I would go pick up my kids, and I was running a mile and a half, 2 miles a day, probably up to 3 miles at sometimes, and I really missed that. And I need to get back into that
