A piece of advice that I'd give my younger self would probably be in relation to time. We tend to think that what we're going through at the moment is all encompassing and completely taking over our life, when in reality, time flies and years go by and we hope to live to 90 plus. And if you look at your teens, for example, that was such a small amount of time compared to the grand scheme of things

I love this. I love that all the advice that you would give to your younger self is basically like, time and space are large and they can contain a lot. And, yeah, there's always something more that's kind of beautiful. The light at the end of the tunnel, new people to meet. That there's a lot more than we think there is. That's really beautiful.
