And of course, negative past experiences. If we've had negative experiences with change in the past, we may be more resistant to it in the future. So then trauma. Hate to say it, but it can definitely make us resistant to change. If the change reminds us of a past traumatic experience, we often develop coping mechanisms to help us feel safe and in control. But change can threaten that sense of safety and control which can trigger those feelings of fear, anxiety and resistance

If they hurt you, the love deteriorates a little bit. Everything is in a constant flux. So, no, you cannot have everything the same and anticipate change. Again, that's a misconception a lot of people unfortunately have. So I'm glad you're able to shed some light on that for people. And hopefully they understand that, because it's a very simple thing if you break it down in that way. Thanks so much for sharing your spellcast with us today

I also like what you said about love and change. I hear a lot of people talking about, you, complete me, or don't ever change. And that kind of completely ignores the fact that we are constantly changing and we are evolving. You know, every day we wake up a different person than we were before we went to sleep. And that's perfectly fine because it is a fact of life. There is nothing we can do about that except to embrace it
