So the first week of my fall semester has finally finished and I can already tell from the very first week that the workload this semester will be a lot. There'll be a lot of late nights and a lot of work on top of work on top of work like they do to you in graduate programs. I am starting to get a little bit nervous and wanted to ask how you like to mentally prep for a lot of work that you know is coming up

Because if I can even if it's not exact, but if I can sort of schedule my days or my weeks and know roughly what the workload is going to look like and then I'm able to factor in and schedule like rest or exercise and know that I'm going to have that as a way to balance all the work that kind of helps me. It kind of tethers me to something a bit more stable, but I don't know

Thank you so much for replying to me. That advice is very nice, and I'm glad to hear that. I'm not the only one in this boat that others also have issues like this. But I do schedule a little bit, but maybe scheduling further out in advance. Usually I do it at a weekly manner, but yeah, doing it at a larger scale might help me plan out for the future events and have more time to prepare versus doing it on a weekly schedule
