Cold vs Hot Showers?

article image placeholderUploaded by @eeeethooo
But never, ever rule out the benefits of cold of showers because they just stack up and they are totally astounding. Cold showers are so amazing for so many different things. When I wake up in the morning and I take a cold shower, I feel more prepared for work. My brain is firing quicker and my cognition is elevated. It's also shown to fight depression and reduce anxiety. Yeah, and keep away sickness during the flu and cold season

Hi, Ethan. I've heard this piece of advice before. I know I don't want to hear it again just because I do love my hot burning showers. But as you can see, I'm currently a bit sick, so I might just give this a try. I have heard that it does help with anxiety and depression. I am familiar with the technique of putting pressing cold pulled against your vagus nerve, like right in the center of your chest whenever you're feeling anxious or stirred up
