Sensational Seniors. Sharonlee

Hey, Ethan. Great question there. So I have tried all my life to provide people with, you know, things that they need. I have worked my whole life, the past 35 years as a nurse and I try to go above and beyond in my nursing duties. Now I'm working as a phone nurse, so it's a little different. But when I was on the floor, I always reached out. I always tried to get the family's comfort. I go above and beyond

And so I really feel that that is one of my purposes in life is to hear people, to hear what makes them tick to, of course, in a professional capacity to help support them in living the life that they want to live. And then also being able to mentor the generations that are coming up now to not only reach for the stars, but also to really embrace self care, mental wellness, authenticity and things like that. So providing value is a lifestyle

And I don't know if that's the product of a switch in paradigm, a switch had mindset or society or culture rather than it being directed through technology. And I think I aim for the latter when I'm talking about this because people have become so accustomed to interacting and to reaching out to people and to discussing with people directly through technology and through the medium of electronics

But when you try to treat the client as well as you can, when you try to emphasize on the human port and you try to ensure that that client has the experience they should have like for instance, I used to have some clients calling for paying their bill and they overdo the bill. As an agent, I had the ability to subtract that fear and on some occasions I didn't subtract the fear for some clients because they were doing on purpose

And I think we're actually alike in a lot of ways about inspiring people. I do have an inspiration podcast where I'm trying to be a motivational voice and a motivational speaker. And I have run a fitness group as well, where I taught college kids how to box and how to get off the streets and get into the gym and learn to control themselves in a way that they wouldn't be inclined to use that out in the field, are out in the street somewhere

And like you said, that takes a good deal of emotional intelligence because you have to read between the lines in a way when you're talking to those as people to see if they're being honest with you. And that's a great quality and a great skill to have. And it swell go into many, many facets of your life and your relationships with other people. So you're definitely doing amazing things. Awesome job on starting that new career, that new job that you're doing
