"Whats Your Method To Activate Focus/Centering?"

Grand rising swell casters. And this morning, I have another question for you guys. What are some of the methods that you use to activate focus? When you feel like your thoughts is all over the place and you're trying to concentrate on a certain task or even what are some of the ways that you use to center yourself to get yourself focused on the outcome of focus on this situation or thing that you're trying to focus on? And I would just name a few of what I do

Hey, man, I tried to tag you in the reply so you get the notification, but your name wasn't coming up, so I'm not sure if you get this tag or not, but you'll get a notification either way. But I enjoyed this. Well, for me, if it's kind of in the moment and I'm already doing something or about my day, for me, it's mindful breath. We're so lucky that our body just breathes for us without us thinking

Hey. How's it going, Z? Happy New Year's to you, and thank you for replying to my post. You mentioned breathing techniques. You mentioned a little bit of downward dog, which is yoga, keeping the posture intact, and I feel like all of those are great answers. These are answers I wish I knew in the past, but these are things that I'm just starting to work on, and they already have major effects on me. My creativity is through the roof
