I kind of know the basics of it, but I always like to hear from other people's perspectives to see if it's something that I can try. See if it's something brand new or something that I can alter to see if it's a little bit more beneficial for myself

I really appreciate the idea there on doing an episode on women off breathing. And actually I do several different types of breathing. I find I can get different results from each kind, so I really appreciate that. Sometimes I wonder what I should post about what content I should put out there. And that sounds like a great idea. So I appreciate that. And over the next couple of days, I will be putting out a switch on some of the breathing practices that I do
