Hold Your Motivations Close For the Wins
I think that's one of the things that social media gets their hooks in. So when I set my challenges for myself, I keep it all within. And I think that that's something that could help other people. Setting challenges, setting goals, whatever you want to call it, but keeping them to yourself and only ever being accountable to yourself. Maybe people close to you in your life, in your real life, letting them in. Like, I let my wife in on this stuff

Yeah, social media is truly the strangest, most peculiar thing. And I went probably two or three years without anything at all and I was slowly getting rid of everything. Like in high school, I had all of it from Twitter to Snapchat to Instagram to Facebook, all of it. And then in college, it became like just Instagram, deleted everything else and had Facebook never touched it
It's very useful, very helpful to hear you speak about it where you're only allowed ten minutes per day from your computer that limits the dopamine grab. Right? I'd say that when I'm editing or working and get a little subconsciously flustered. And so I just grabbed my phone and quickly open Instagram and hit it for about five minutes like I'm on a smoke break, and then close it out when I realized I've been actually doing it for 15 minutes

Cheers and thanks for the response. Out there in the jungle, it sounds like those cicadas could lead to a very, very good night's sleep with that relaxing chirping. Probably all you hear here if you hear anything other than me, is my pit bull sharp whining. But I appreciate the response, and I'm glad that my tips worked out. I look forward to entering acting again. Cheers again
