Life is hard enough. Why make it harder for yourself? Really? You don't need to do all that. Don't make it harder for you. Try and make things as easy as possible. Enjoy it. If you're going to do things that obviously aren't fun, like work, working out. It's fun working out. But it's also a little like, oh, man, this is rough. I have to do this. Make the best out of it
