It's the absence of sound in very simple words and a state of quietness and where there is a no audible noise and like silence often represents a peaceful and serene environment and it can be a source of relaxation and like reflection also. So it's an opportunity to self reflection and the deep thought

Hi Kavya, thank you for your response. Like I mentioned in my podcast that silence has various connotations. I just picked up one of the form that silence can take and I plan to do a couple of more podcasts on the various other meanings of silence. So that's just what I wanted to tell you, just maybe today's podcast was one in the series of the various meanings and connotations of silence
And I had gone through similar things that you had already mentioned in this, well, how you try to talk and talk and talk and use your words to communicate but at the end of the day there is no comprehension and you attempt and the other person doesn't realize that you're communicating because you are trying. But the moment you go silent is when it changes the pace of things
So I really appreciate the power of silence. I mean, at times it is the best thing that you can adopt and it it helps in healing us a lot. So thank you so much for the invite and bringing out this beautiful topic here. Bye

Hi there. Thank you so much for such a beautiful spell on silence. It just reminded me of Rumi's saying on it, silence is the language of God, all else is poor. Translation and I completely agree with you. Silence is quite powerful. But it is also a sign of when we deeply surrender, accept candy, no longer are willing to go on or put up with whatever we have been putting up with
