You. Good morning, swell podcasters and swell listeners. I would like everyone to know how I rebound. I take time out for myself, and I reflect on the situation at hand in order to determine whether or not that situation would be beneficial to my wellbeing. If it's not beneficial to my wellbeing, I will stay around as long as I possibly can to make sure that I'm not missing out on something where there could be either a blessing or a lesson
