I will tell you a simple tip which will help you. So just sit under the sun morning and evening for 15 minutes. That's all you have to do. Because if you sit under the sun, the UV ace which freezes from the sun can reduce the inflammation in your body. So naturally the pain won't hurt. So I hope you enjoyed this tip.
