IOA panel headed by Mary Kom, to probe sexual harrasment charges against WFI president
The first demands the Grapplers requested the IOA to immediately appoint the committee to inquire into the complaints of sexual harassment. They demanded the solution of the WFI and the resignation of WFI president. They also demanded a new committee to be formed to run the affairs of WFI in the consultation with the wrestlers. The letter also stated that there is no involvement of any political parties in the wrestlers protest against Bij Bhushan Singh, adding that they will not be budged until Singh is sacked from the post of WFI president
So these kind of acts are very common nowadays and there are very less people who speak out and who come out and talk about these things and I hope there should be strict actions should be taken. And as I have read in an article in the Hindu that they have read that the Ministry has sought an explanation from the WFI but I think the Federation has rejected all the allegations claiming that the protest was a part of larger conspiracy to melling and defame Mr. Singh, a BJP MP, I think
