Book that I am reading

Sometimes that I have come to realize over the years of working as a psychologist is how much people struggle with low mood and never tell a soul. Their friends and family would never know. They mask it, push it away and focus on meeting expectations. Sometimes people arrive at the therapy after years of doing that. They feel like they are getting something wrong. They compare themselves to the people who appear to have it all together all the time. The ones who are always smiling and apparently full of energy

Hi, Kritika. That was very enlightening share. And I like to add something more over here. As you talked about your low phase, we all go through low phases in our life. There are times that we don't really feel okay. We don't want to open up to anyone. But it's okay if you are going through a low phase

And then you can browse through those swells. And whichever swell interests you, and whichever swell you think that you want to talk about, you want to be a part of that particular conversation, you can click on that particular swell and then you can reply to it. Similarly, there's also an option called Popular Hashtags where you will find a lot of hashtags which are very popular. And you can also search your particular hashtag in which you want to talk about
