You. Ooh, this one's simple, not an actual implementation. But the answer came really simple to me, which is walk, and specifically on Sundays, 20,000 steps. If you really want to get away from something, that's the way to do it. Because that's going to take you about 3 hours from your home. And that's a hell of a lot of walking and a hell of a lot of thinking and processing. And also escape from whatever you may need escape from

Hey, girl. That is a lot of walking, girl. I'd be calling the ambulance somewhere. I'd be like, can somebody pick me up at the bus stop? Something. But that is a lot of walking. And I love it for you. I love it for you. It is a thing. And because you said that maybe we should walk. Maybe I should start walking when I feel like I'm going to just lose my freaking mind and get up out of here

For me, I say, you never feel more alive than when your skin is literally on fire. So not for everyone. But the other thing you can consider is I included a link here for portable indoor walking pad that you can just. If it's not really feasible for you to get out easily and walk outside, then hopefully you have a space in your home that if you've set up correctly, you could maybe have like a TV nearby or some type of entertainment while you're walking
