You can make space for health and wellness always. That was something that I probably made more excuses for in my younger years. But as I've gotten older, even when you don't feel well, you can lay down and do some stretching, even when you're not up for a full cardio exercise. You can do some yoga

And what I like to do on Fridays is preferably, I'll go out with friends on a Friday. It needs to be a strong reason. It's your birthday, anniversary. You're celebrating a milestone. And occasionally during the summer when it's warm, because summer is my favorite season. I might say, okay, after having this time in my home and ensuring that I set aside and have carved it out, then I might decide to be grown and go somewhere
