I think it's like, some of the most important work we all have to do in our lives to better understand ourselves and to be able to grow into the people that we want to be and that we really are. But yeah, that can only come from from understanding, I think. And it hurts sometimes, but it's it's important. Yeah. So so yeah. I like I like what you're saying, and and I'm excited to hear more

So learning how to allow your traumas, your triggers and your insecurities not to overpower you and overshadow who you are as a person is very hard for a lot of people. For many reasons, though, too, because many of us are chiseling away at certain things that have happened to us in our childhood and or our teenage years. So it is a hard one.
